JD Reynolds & Associates is currently seeking a Facility Services Division Director - Western Region to be based out of Columbia, Maryland.  This position will require extensive travel throughout the United States for extended periods of time.  The position will work closely with the Division Vice President as well as the President/COO and have full administrative, operational, and financial responsibilities for multiple Facility Services government contracts West of the Mississippi River.

 

Minimum qualifications include:

·         Bachelors degree in Engineering discipline required.

·         7+ years Facility/Engineering Management experience in a large commercial facility maintenance environment for a private company

·         In-depth knowledge of managing fixed-price and cost-plus government contracts

·         Profit and Loss experience in a private company

·         Strong leadership and no-nonsense management style with ability to make tough personnel decisions

·         Extremely customer-oriented

·         Ability and willingness to travel throughout the US as needed to manage several contracts within the division. This travel is estimated to be 75% and will include extended overnight travel.

Technician Job Description

Under direct supervision, installs required system field devices, completes low voltage wiring termination and device verification. PRINCIPLE DUTIES:
1. Mount and terminate system low voltage field devices as required.
2. Loads system-level controller software.

4. Keeps management and customer informed of job progress and issues.
5. Calibrates systems requiring basic electronic test equipment.
6. Completes paperwork including but not limited to time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation.
7. Documents changes and provides information for as-built documentation.
8. Communicates with the contractor or customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site.
9. Adheres to safety standards. High degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety.

REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrated technical aptitude. Able to use hand and power tools (i.e. drills, saws, etc.). -Basic computer skills required. Attention to detail. Good informing and listening skills.

All of the above plus two years experience in installing electronic and/or mechanical systems. Responsibilities of Senior Security Test Engineer TS/SCI Includes:


The Information Systems Security Engineer/Tester will be a key member of the Security Team responsible for performing security testing and evaluation to ensure the developed product is validated against all security requirements in compliance with DCID 6/3 and NISCAP.

Specifically this person would be responsible for all phases of the test cycle including: analyzing requirements, developing test cases and procedures, creating test and integration plans, executing test cases, supporting test bed configuration and design validation, attending technical security assessment review meetings with architecture group, development, and test teams, working closely with the architecture group and development team to ensure implementation of the security requirements, assist in researching, installing, configuring, upgrading, and implementing COTS applications, performing testing (to include functional and regression) in a team environment and documenting results.

In addition, the security engineer/tester will assist in developing Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) security documentation, help to identify vulnerabilities, perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, fulfill routine procedures, and perform security administration tasks and assigned technical information security functions to ensure all applicable program requirements are met.
