Responsibilities of the position:

Document and improve standard configuration management processes and procedures to include: version control, build and release management, CM audit reports, configuration identification and control, software product baselines, change management, and reporting in a controlled CM environment. May chair various process improvement teams. May also facilitate Change Control Boards (CCBs) and/or CM team status meetings. Participation in software process improvement efforts to build awareness of CM purpose and practice is also required. Additional tasks as assigned may be required.
Secondary responsibilities include supporting development projects software build management, development of build scripts, VB or Java scripting and tailoring of the Serena build and code installation functionality to meet the needs of Release Management Team.
