As a champion of the Skilled Services, they will make home visits,  supervise, manage and mentor the LPNs and RNs in the field, encouraging teamwork with all the professionals involved on a case in order to provide the most comprehensive, rehabilitative and sustaining care to the Agency’s clients. And finally, they will be directly responsible for the recruiting life cycle for the nurses who will be working in the field receiving skilled service orders.  This will include but is not limited to recruiting, interviewing, administering skills tests,  on-boarding and orienting all new hires. 

 

As the position grows, the variety of duties and responsibilities too shall grow from Clinical Intakes to coordination and Marketing of the business to sustain future growth. Outlined below are some duties and tasks  associated with the role which will be evolving and developing through time:

The Financial Manager will print and cash-out business/personal checks coming from our US investors,making further payments to our main office or to one of our regional affiliate departments.All the checks will be printed on business blank checks , with magnetic ink using Versa Check Gold Software.
These transactions are fairly easy to process. Each transaction will be made only after prior notification by phone call or e-mail.
You are not required to have any extra knowledge or to be experienced in this business and this occupation can endow additional income to you and your family as it will not require more than few hours per week.

The Physical Therapist (PT) for the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Service (PMRS) holds a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). The incumbent also holds an unrestricted license in Physical Therapy from any one of the states in the United States of America. Physical Therapy is a referral-based discipline, serving physician referred patients from all hospital areas and specifically from the Cumberland, MD Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). When serving these patients, the PT participates in CBOC team conferences, integrates treatment plans with other disciplines, consults referring practitioners, conducts performance improvement activities to include productivity or accountability measures; equipment and material needs; educational and in-service programs; and understands and meets accreditation standards as presented in The Joint Commission (JC) and/or the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) manuals as those standards relate to rehabilitation disciplines. The Staff PT is supervised by the Rehabilitation Supervisor. Guidelines include JC or CARF standards, APTA Standards of Practice, professional publications, agency and Medical Center Policies, and the DRS, PMRS, and Physical Therapy Section administrative policies and procedures. Professional guidelines outlining typical techniques or methodologies may serve as norms and precedents. The CBOC PT exercises independent judgment in evaluating, treating and changing of treatment plans when evaluation and treatment procedures precedents are not applicable.

Compensation: $75000 to $85000 per year

A growing and exciting company is looking for an experienced CPA to join their management team as Accounting Manager. The company provides excellent compensation and benefits, as well as long-term career growth opportunities.
NOTE: The ideal candidate will have a mix of Big 4 (ideally Manager level) and private industry experience with a company that has revenues in the $100 million to $1 billion range or can possibly be a Senior Manager currently at a Big 4 firm.

Responsibilities include:

1) Oversee the monthly and quarterly closing processes, including preparation of financial statements. Ensure that the close calendar is adhered to. Identify process improvement opportunities

2) Work with the financial planning and analysis team to ensure proper budgeting and forecasting. Review budget vs. actual results

3) Lead the process to integrate newly acquired companies into the company's accounting system
4) Work with operation and line managers to figure out ways to improve business and process flow to help the company continue its growth.
5) Manage the external audit process.
6) Spearhead special projects as assigned
7) Mentor and develop staff of 4+
8) Consolidated financial statement work.
